Alison Blenkinsopp

Alison Blenkinsopp is currently Director of Education and Research in Medicines Management at Keele University. Since qualifying as a pharmacist in 1981, she has worked in universities and the NHS. She has had a strong interest in self-care and self-medication, and has carried out research and written many articles and two books on the subject. One of her current projects is an educational series for community pharmacists on topics for self-medication, where each edition includes a leaflet for pharmacists to copy and hand out to their customers.
